Just imagine how great it would be if we were all living the kind of life we really deserve – the one we dream about? How fantastic would it be to wake up in the morning and look forward to the day ahead? Well why shouldn’t that be the case?
Rowan is currently writing a workshop manual, Positively A Star, for teenagers to work through on their own or in groups.
. Dear Teenager
Would you like to make changes in your life?
Are there areas of your life that could be improved?
Is home and school life out of balance?
Is everyone else more successful than you ?
Are you not sure what direction you want to take?
Do you need someone to listen to you, to act as your sounding board and to be fully present with you and listen without judgment?
Are friends getting you down?
If you are a teenager and if you answered YES to any of these questions you would benefit from talking to a life coach who will encourage, support and even challenge you (in the nicest possible way) to make changes so that you can lead a happier life.
Dear Parents Teenagers are at a crucial time in their lives and often find it hard to talk to their parents or teachers. They often feel adrift, not knowing what direction to take or experience feelings that they cannot understand.
Does your teenage child suffer from low self esteem and lack of motivation?
Are you finding it difficult to communicate with him/her?
Would he/she benefit from talking to someone outside the home in order to clarify their thoughts; to work out their short and long term goals based on their values; to plan to move forward positively?
Do you know, as their parent, that they have so much potential but they are failing to recognise it?
If the answer to any of these questions is YES and if you or your child would you like to make changes in your lives, and could benefit from coaching then please give me a call to discuss it further.
Life Coaching is suitable for teenagers as well as adults. If you decide that you, as a young person, want to be coached or that you, as a parent, want your child to be coached please note the following:
The sessions are confidential unless the young person is at risk from their own behaviour or that of others. Parents would be advised of this.
The young person may come to a decision about the choices they want to make and the route they want to follow that may not be the same as their parents' choice. We do not promote the parents' hopes and wishes for their child but empower the youngster to make their own choices. Parents must accept that.
We will not coach a young person under 18 against their will nor without a parent’s written consent.
We are happy to offer four 45-minute sessions for £120 for under-18s.
